Her Big Day (HBD): Tell us about your business! What do you specialize in and what makes you unique?
Janet: We are BARTENDERS FOR HIRE. You provide the alcohol, glassware, & banquet permit. We will then come in set it up, serve it, then clean it up. We’ve have been in business now for 21 yrs. We are all class 12 licensed and INSURED professional bartenders to pour mixed drinks; (and/or) beer, wine and champagne for you and your guests. If you are doing any size event for 15- 1000 people we can come in and bartend for you. With over 10 bartenders on the team we can handle several events in one day. We cover all of the Puget Sound area from Olympia to Bellingham & Spokane to across Puget Sound. Our goal is to provide our clients & their guest with exceptional bartending service. To have our clients have confidence in us to not over serve their guest, & to help them to stay safe & have a great time where alcohol is involved. Pour Girls & Some Guys is committed to providing high quality pre-event beverage amount planning & bartending services for your event. We look forward to working with you & taking care of your bartending needs.
HBD: That is great that you offer services nearly all over Washington and that you offer full set up, serving, and tear down! Why are you participating in Her Big Day: A Cultural Wedding Affair?
Janet: We always refer to our clients as clients. Cultural orientation is not part of our mindset when it comes to bartending customer service. We all care about giving the clients great bartending service along with their guest and making sure no one leaves intoxicated. We are all concerned about guests leaving intoxicated and then driving and hurting someone. They can be corporate, or brides & grooms or Bar/Bat mitzvahs or summer parties. All client’s events have the same concern for safety.
HBD: What do you find clients always say they love about working with you?
Janet: They love my pre event ideas for ways to save money and knowledge of amounts to purchase so they don't spend more money than necessary on beverages. They love the bartenders' ability to take care of guests quickly and with smiles and laughter. Their thorough removal of all left over alcohol to the clients designated vehicle and the removing of the garbage behind the bar.
HBD: That is awesome and so important to make the couples feel like they have options to save money. At the show, what will you be serving?
Janet: Pour Girls & Some Guys will be serving a few different non-alcohol beverage ideas for you to consider for your big day!
